Note:

Points in red are helpers points equivalent to third place but not exceeding 6.
Points in green are persons who have been upgraded from a lower grade (carrying  points earned up- percentage at the discretion of the race committee)
Points in blue are persons who have been down-graded from a higher grade (carrying those points earned down)
To be awarded points in any race a rider has to finish.    
(Exceptions: If for safety reasons a rider is taken off the course or if a rider cannot continue due to a fall points will be awarded.)
Helpers (once during the series) will be awarded 6 points for the event. Maximum 2 helpers per race.
Race distances may be shortened by the organisers for any reason they deem appropriate ( for example inclement weather or insufficient riders).  The decision of the committee and/or the delegated race committee is final and can be made irrespective of the race distance advertised in the program.
No rider, who is not racing,  is to assist or accompany or ride within 100 metres of any other rider not in their grade.  Such an incident my be deemed to be illegal assistance and may subject the racing member to disqualification or relegation.
 
Every grade in the competition must have a minimum of 5 competitors at every round to qualify for the overall club champion trophy.
If an average of 5 competitiors have not competed at every round of the club championships in a grade, only one trophy for the overall winner of that grade will be awarded at the end of the year presentation night.
