Draft Code of Conduct Use of
Grand Drive, Centennial Park Cvcling Component
This
version of the draft Code of
Conduct shows the source of each element of the Code as a guide in the
formulation of the Code. The final Code of Conduct need not have the sources
listed, likewise the numbering. Copies of the source documents are appended
to this document.

PURPOSE
The Code of Conduct (Code) is to describe the type of
behaviour which the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust (Trust) is
seeking to promote and encourage. |

The Trust recognises that cycling is a legitimate
recreational activity in the Parklands. |

4.12 |
Unless overtaking, cyclists shall not overlap the front wheel of their
bicycle with the rear wheel of a bicycle immediately in front, and
cyclists shall ensure that they ride with a sufficient gap from the
rider in front to slow down and stop in safety.
