25 Sept 2003   Grand Drive Tip Truck Tip Truck enters Randwick Gates then turns left and proceeds to do a hook turn by veering left into the bicyle lane before then making a right hand turn into the centre of the Parklands.  Bunch of cyclists had to take evasive action.
