Have received a lot of questions as to whether Higgo is back on the bike and if so what sort of training miles is he doing per week.  Does he race every week? and so on.  So I put them all to Higgo and here is his reply.

Hi Wait for Bucko
Yes I'm  certainly back on the bike.  This is my 3rd week back. First week back got a little bit excited and rode over 700km in the mountains ( in saying that there isn't a lot of choice around here). I ride 6 to 7 days a week and I ride for as long as I feel like.this mean until I get lost, cold or just fatigued!  We have a program set out however I don't really stick to every word written and tend to ride on how I feel.  Some days I ride easy if I feel like it others I train hard depending on many variables, weather, fatigue , temperature or attitude.  Today for example I had a nice recovery day however that's a bit of an impossibility around here.  I rode 100km with 50km of climbing and a total of 1575metres worth of ascending....some rest day LOL
The team tends to race every single weekend!, I raced last weekend however was first race back and was just there to get some race fitness and help the team out.  My next real goal,  which my team director has set me, is the 26th and 27th of June when we have another real big race.  I'm still slowly coming back from the accident and hopefully will get some good form and results soon.

Cheers Higgo
