RACING & TRAINING TIMES.  HEFFRON PARK & TEMPE VELODROME

  SATURDAY CRITERIUM RACING CANCELLED 6 Feb 2010 due to inclement weather.

Criterium Racing

DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME (as of 10 Oct 2009):  Saturdays (Except public holiday weekends) - Juniors start at 3pm. Seniors  A, B, C & D grades will start at 4pm.   Outside daylight Saving times - Juniors start at 1pm. Seniors  A, B, C & D grades will start at 2pm.   CAT 4 OPEN Racing - Open to all affiliated (licensed) riders. Must race in your club uniform or Cycling NSW registered sponsored team uniform.

Assistants required to facilitate racing - See Marshal Roster. 

Tempe Velodrome

Track Racing

 

Track Racing will commence Thursday 4 February.  Racing series will be conducted every Thursday evening for 8 weeks. Please check website as cancellation notice will be published up to 5.30pm on the night.   Track racing at Tempe velodrome is provided for A, B & C grades.  Racing is open to all affiliated (licensed) riders with a track bike.  All clubs welcome.  Must have a track bike (no road bikes allowed).  Gates open at 6.30pm.  Warm up starts at 7pm.  Racing starts at 7.30pm.  See you there.

JINDABYNE HIGH ALTITUDE TRAINING CAMP.

AUSTRALIA DAY LONG WEEKEND 2010
Some 50 RBCC members had a fantastic camp at Jindabyne and enjoyed exclusive use of the Allberg Chalet. Here are the pictures of the Training Camp.

BAY CRITS MELBOURNE 2010

Honorary RBCC member, Robbie McEwen looked pretty happy when he caught up with Rebecca Fortuna at the Bay Crits. 

Robbie becomes an honorary RBCC member at Heffron Park in 2008.

RBCC ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PUDDING RACES

Christmas Pudding races (last race for 2009) run and won.  Results here.

Racing will resume at Heffron on Jan 16th 2010.  Track training at Tempe will resume the following Thursday evening on 21st Jan 2010.
   

Our Presentation Night/ Christmas Party was a great success and gave us an opportunity to show off our new uniform for 2010 via our willing models.  For pictures of the gala event, click here.

RBCC now has EFTPOS facilities at the clubhouse.  So why not put your new uniform on your card.  Sorry no Amex or Diners though.
