Luis Trueba leads Chris "Spongee" Jenkins (partly
obscured) followed by "Sneaky" Pete Lynch and Mick
"Big Bird" Murdoch. |

Peter McDonald gets away from the A grade peleton with
clubmate Jeff "Doc" Jones. |

In the end though it was Dave Stewart going like a blur,
who took out A grade closely followed by Jeff Jones. |

Tony H has a new camera party trick. Here the B
grade peleton whooshes past. Got to see Brendan Ingram
(4th wheel) back on the bike. |

Early in the B grade race Karl Bellamy made a break.
John Buckton got across to him and not long after that
Dale McCormack from St George also came acros the break.
|
| Karl went back to the bunch
and John and Dale worked well together to hold off the
peleton for 10 laps after which Dale was too strong and
took out the sprint. Karl managed to win the peleton
sprint for a well deserved third. |

C grade action with Junior Luke Davison leading Tony
Caruana (who whilst very rarely on the front is never too
far from it). Sitting about 7th wheel is eventual
winner, Dave South. |

There was plenty of encouragement coming from the side of
the circuit from our resident cheer squad. |

We haven't conducted an E grade race for a number of weeks
because of inadequate numbers. This weekend however
the field was HUGE. |
