Good results for Randwick Botany members, Adriano
6th, Luke 4th and Tom 6th. Michael Murdoch absolutely tuckered himself
out on the 85k race on day 1 and unfortunately could not compete on Day
2. It took him an hour to unfreeze in the car. All competitors were a
credit to RBCC.
Saturday was an absolutely frightfully freezing day
for racing with rain and gusting wind. It was a major achievement for
all riders who competed. Because of the conditions the crit was
cancelled in the afternoon and the time trial subsituted instead. Day 2
although still very cold provided much better conditions being a sunny
but crisp day.
