THANK YOU:

Thanks to Joanne, Helen & Jenny Spurgeon who had a very hectic time on the registration table for the first race for 2005 with re-affiliations and new uniform purchases.   Thanks to Tony Horneman as Commissaire for the afternoon.  Thanks to our marshals and to Tony Horneman who was photographer for the day.  Thanks to Fred who deployed and retrieved all the safety equipment and then manned the canteen.

REPORT

Many of us were away this week at the Jayco Bay Crits in Victoria.  It was agreed by all the riders that there be no prize money for this week.  Randwick Botany donated all the entry fees which totaled some $710 to the Australian Red Cross in support of the Tsunami appeal.  Seventy-one riders gladly donated their race entry fee prior to the first club race for 2005 on Saturday 8 January.

A fantastic gesture.  Thanks to all those on the day.
