REPORT
Times were down a little this week due to the wind
with the possible exception of C grade who went around at much the
same pace as B grade. To the drivers of C grade, I say to you:
Don't be embarrassed about asking us to ride up a grade. We
won't say no. We just get a little tired of hearing: "Been off
the bike for 4 weeks", "Have done no training", etc etc etc, "Can I
ride down a grade ?" We never have problems with those who
want to ride up a grade.
What is truly amazing is that in over 90% of these
cases where we let them ride down a grade, they have a miraculous
recovery of their affliction during the race and nearly always place
or win.
A grade sprint and Robbie Cater makes it 2 weeks in
a row. Great sprint by young UK rider, Tom Findlay, to take
out second place.
B grade sprint and Jared Smith takes victory in B
grade from Gavin White.
C grade and RBCC'c Mark Leach makes big Greg
Williamson work for his victory.
D Grade and winner Matt Glanview must have been so
far ahead that he was out of Rocky's photo. Here's second and
third placegetters, Ryan Catzel and Michael Clement.
E grade action.
