REPORT

With Rocky jet-setting around the globe (well Australia anyway), there are no action shots this week sorry.

Great ride from young RBCC rider Phil Glenfell who after winning B grade last week, backed it up with a win in A grade this week.

The big news is that from next Saturday 8 November 2008, racing for all seniors will come back to 4pm instead of 5pm.

We have been monitoring the lower grades (E & F) which have slowly dwindled to nothing.  In fact we have not conducted a E Grade race for over 2 and a half months.  There have been many requests for an earlier start not only from the riders but also from the helpers, who have to write Saturday nights off in terms of dinner or the like, given that we don't leave the club till 7pm and after.  The new time slot will facilitate both riders and helpers getting away by 5.30pm and being able to make social arrangements for the evening.

So to summarise the new programs for daylight saving will be:

3pm  Juniors

4pm  A, B, C & D grades.
