REPORT
Our Secretary, wide eyed and bushy tailed
despite a series of late nights watching the tour.
Sorry no sprint photos this week as Rocky and Anna
decided to go away on a romantic holiday.
After Rocky told me that I needed a Nikon Camera
and a good lens, I went out and spent a couple of grand on a Nikon D
80 and a Nikon 18 to 200 VR lens. On the day that I needed it,
yep you guesses it, I left it at home. Not to worry.
Whipped out the mobile phone. So as much as Rocky would have us
believe that his shots are a combination of excellent equipment
together with his stunning photographic skills, I can tell you that
I took today's shots on my Nokia N73 phone.
However I was not in a position to judge place
getters, time the finishers and take action photos so sorry but this
week you will have to do without the sprint photos.
Don't forget that many Eastern Suburbs streets will
be closed next Saturday in association with World Youth Day.
So make sure you research your route to Heffron next week and give
yourself some extra traveling time.
