REPORT
Robbie Cater takes out the A Grade sprint
from Brent Skippen. A break of 4 , including Robbie, Brent,
Matt Yaksley and Andrew Riordan, went off the front early in the
race and never looked liked being brought back.
The B grade sprint came down to three men but
Stuart Lord won it pretty convincingly, leaving Laurie Robinson and
Nick Wainman to battle out for second place.
Tommie Tsakrios too good in C grade.
David Vaughan was second and "Birthday Boy" Sam Gilbert got a third
place for his 30th birthday present.
The D grade sprint saw an RBCC trifecta with Graham
Ferguson first, Tony Caruana second and "Shock Horror" Dashing
Dale Rockell, third.
E Grade action and Carlo Ghisolfi and Keiran Bull
went head to head over the last 200 metres, with young Keiran just
getting the better of Carlo as they approached the line. Great
battle of the years as thirteen took on seventy (plus).
Talking about seventy plus, third place getter was Gino Turco who is
just a smidge short of 75 years old.

Juniors start at 1pm.
Seniors E & F grades will start at 2pm and
A, B, C & D grades will start at 3pm.
