REPORT
A grade this
week and Pete "The Machine" McDonald not content in
merely catching the A clubbies, attacked and left them
in his wake for a ride away win. With Pete away,
it was a peleton sprint for second place.
Great ride by
young Ben Elliot to take out the sprint and claim second
place. Ben had a big duel with fast finishing Kev
black who took third place.

In B grade,
Kevin Vlahos caught us napping when he started his
sprint from the bottom corner and was able to hold the
lead for the entire 500 metres. The rest of us
looked at each other waiting to grab a wheel while Kev
simply rode away.

START TIMES
Randwick Botany Cycling Club conducts
racing at Heffron Park, Maroubra NSW each Saturday throughout the
year. Juniors start at 3pm.
Seniors D, E, & F grades will start at 4pm and
A, B & C grades will start at 5pm.
RACING SHEDULE
A handicap race for A B & C grades will be conducted on the first
Saturday of every month. Second, fourth & fifth
Saturdays will be normal scratch races. On the Third Saturday
of every month racing will be longer and conducted in reverse
direction. A grade 25 laps (50 kilometres), B grade 23 laps
and C grade 20 laps. D, E & F will be normal distance
