REPORT

With only a few A Open riders this week, we reduced the handicap a little.  Also to be honest, I did not want to burn out one of our secret weapons for the State Team Time Trial the following day.  That worked - GOLD !!!Congratulations to Sean O'Neill who stepped up to the A Open plate and had a fantastic race with a 4th overall.  Our "up to recently RBCC" Juniors, Luke Davison and Ben Elliot both also had great races.

Pete drives the A Open bunch.

Later in the race, "A Club ???" rider, Matty Lucas hitched a ride.

Matty was eventually able to roll "Herzo" in the sprint.

Everyone looked pretty happy on the line

If Frank put in as much effort pedaling as he did talking, he probably would have won.

Our Officials enjoying the afternoon.

Rocky just had to take a picture of my new baby.  Yes I might be having a mid life crisis Rocky.  Yes Rocky a Mercedes Diesel Van is nice, but this is NICER !!!

Ok, back to the racing and it looked like a super heavyweight title rather than a bike race.  Talking about heavy weights, great ride by Matty Hynes to take 3rd in C grade.  Fellow heavy weight Bazza Mourad thought he was hiding from the handicappers.
