Officer, Peter Zala is an accredited Level 1 Cycling NSW Coach as well as a
Level 2 Triathlon coach. Peter can assist any riders with specific

 | 6.00am start is in darkness so you will need appropriate lighting on
your bike. |
 | 6.00am calls for warm gear so you'll need arm and leg warmers and a
wind vest or other appropriate warm clothing.

 | Junior riders to seek approval from Junior Development Officer (Peter
Zala) before
undergoing road training rides. |
 | Junior riders under 18 years of age need to be able to provide
written proof that their parents allow them to undertake training rides on
public streets.
