There is plenty of opportunity for training for Juniors and Novice & Intermediate Seniors, with rides available on nearly every morning and afternoon of the week.  See chart and links below for details. 

Note: Our RBCC Junior Development Officer, Peter Zala is an accredited Level 1 Cycling NSW Coach as well as a Level 2 Triathlon coach.  Peter can assist any riders with specific programs.  Speak to Peter.  Click Here for Contact details.

Centennial Park  

Meet at Kiosk at 6am.  Training 6 to 7.30am with Peter Zala.

Juniors:  11 to 17yrs old

Seniors:   All ages

Tuesday

 

4pm

Selected U15 & U17 riders may ride Bunch training Centennial Park. Check with Peter first.

Intermediate Seniors.

Wednesday

 

6am 

Centennial Park  

Meet at Kiosk at 6am.  Training 6 to 7.30am with Peter Zala.

Juniors:  11 to 17yrs old

Thurday

 

4pm

Selected U15 & U17 riders may ride Bunch training Centennial Park. Check with Peter first.

RBCC Junior racing at Heffron Park Maroubra.

6.30am

LONG RIDE with Peter Centennial Park.  Meet at Randwick Gates at 6.15am.  Ride 6.30am - 11am

Juniors:  As determined by Peter

Seniors:   Novice/Intermediate as determined by Peter.

Advanced Juniors Waterfall ride with Experienced Seniors.  Check with Peter first.

* NOTE*    

bullet6.00am start is in darkness so you will need appropriate lighting on your bike.
bullet6.00am calls for warm gear so you'll need arm and leg warmers and a wind vest or other appropriate warm clothing.  
bulletJunior riders to seek approval from Junior Development Officer (Peter Zala) before undergoing road training rides.
bulletJunior riders under 18 years of age  need to be able to provide written proof that their parents allow them to undertake training rides on public streets.
