Bryan's
partner Sue scatters Bryan's ashes on his beloved Heffron Park and more
specifically, "The Squicle". Whilst many of us were aware of the name
"Squircle" I guess not that many of us knew that it was a
derivation of the words "Square Circle" which very aptly
describes this part of the circuit. However even fewer of us I would
imagine, as I learned yesterday, would know that the term was actually first
coined by Bryan. It was a very fitting revelation as now whenever I
talk or hear about the Squircle, I, as I hope others, will think of Bryan. |
In a rather
intimate gathering, a small band of RBCC oldies gathered to honour and
remember Bryan including 3 Presidents of RBCC, myself as current President
and Col Macmillan and Fred Millwood both previous presidents of the club.
